About the role

  • Front Office Manager responsible for leading the frontend team at Design Offices, ensuring excellent customer service and operations. Positioned in Köln, focusing on administrative tasks, team leadership, and client relations.

Responsibilities

  • You support the site manager with all administrative tasks and with active customer retention.
  • With your leadership skills, you lead the Front Office team and coordinate reception activities.
  • You are a passionate host and the first point of contact for our customers at the front desk and in the coworking area — from a warm welcome to comprehensive support for all requests.
  • Your other responsibilities include maintaining the CRM system, invoicing and invoice control, and parts of order management.
  • With an eye for detail, you prepare reports and statistics, keeping track of costs and budget.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or in hotel management.
  • You can draw on several years of relevant professional experience at a reception or front desk.
  • Invoicing, dunning and other accounting topics are not new to you.
  • You have already gained initial experience in supervising staff.
  • You excel as a hospitable host with strong customer orientation and organizational talent.
  • You can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues in German and English.
