About the role

  • Conference & Event Planner coordinating events between clients and internal departments. Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary communication interface between clients, partners, and internal departments
  • Independently plan, organize, execute, and follow up on events
  • Create and take responsibility for staffing and run sheets, schedules, set-up and breakdown, on-site coordination, and event documentation
  • Provide advisory and support services to clients and business partners

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Catering, Tourism, or a related field
  • Structured working style and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English
