About the role
- Junior Event Sales Coordinator supporting the planning and organization of events in Berlin, working closely with experienced colleagues to develop skills in the event area.
Responsibilities
- Support in planning and organizing events
- Assist with preparing quotes and drafting contract documents
- Create function sheets and event briefings (under guidance)
- Coordinate smaller on-site operations together with the events team
- Administrative tasks in event sales – e.g., appointment management, data maintenance
- Support with invoice preparation & equipment organization
- Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., F&B, Revenue)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., hotel, events, office) or initial practical experience in event organization
- Enthusiasm for events and enjoyment working with people
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
- Confident use of MS Office; initial experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage
- Good German and English language skills
