Responsibilities
Support in planning and organizing events
Assist with preparing quotes and drafting contract documents
Create function sheets and event briefings (under guidance)
Coordinate smaller on-site operations together with the events team
Administrative tasks in event sales – e.g., appointment management, data maintenance
Support with invoice preparation & equipment organization
Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., F&B, Revenue)
Requirements
Completed vocational training (e.g., hotel, events, office) or initial practical experience in event organization
Enthusiasm for events and enjoyment working with people
Good communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
Confident use of MS Office; initial experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage
Good German and English language skills
