About the role

  • Junior Event Sales Coordinator supporting the planning and organization of events in Berlin, working closely with experienced colleagues to develop skills in the event area.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning and organizing events
  • Assist with preparing quotes and drafting contract documents
  • Create function sheets and event briefings (under guidance)
  • Coordinate smaller on-site operations together with the events team
  • Administrative tasks in event sales – e.g., appointment management, data maintenance
  • Support with invoice preparation & equipment organization
  • Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., F&B, Revenue)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., hotel, events, office) or initial practical experience in event organization
  • Enthusiasm for events and enjoyment working with people
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
  • Confident use of MS Office; initial experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage
  • Good German and English language skills
