Responsibilities
Handle inquiries for the Event & Group Sales department
Prepare contracts for group bookings and events and manage detailed arrangements
Conduct property/site tours
Create function sheets
Welcome and assist clients on-site
Responsible for invoicing after events
Conduct post-event debriefs/closing meetings
Manage an assigned client portfolio
Support managers in daily Event & Group Sales operations
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in hospitality or event sales
Outgoing and friendly demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Organized, structured approach to work
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and team-working abilities
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Ideally experience with Opera Cloud and common MS Office applications
