About the role

  • Event Executive supporting the delivery of market-leading exhibitions. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing, sales, operations, and content teams on tasks that keep each event running smoothly from planning to delivery
  • Work closely with exhibitors to ensure a seamless and positive experience before, during, and after each event
  • Support with speakers by gathering biographies, AV requirements, expenses, and updating session information on the website
  • Upload recordings to YouTube and gather accurate details for show guides and re-book packs
  • Contribute to the wider exhibitions team to ensure every event meets its objectives and delivers real value for customers

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the resilience needed for busy event cycles
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with exhibitors, speakers, and internal teams
  • A genuine interest in events and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Previous experience in events or B2B environments (nice-to-have)
  • An understanding of how exhibitions operate, from exhibitor processes to speaker management (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or event technology (nice-to-have)
