About the role

  • Senior Analyst managing HR operating model analytics and financial management for APAC at dentsu. Supporting workforce investments and organizational design initiatives across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the region’s HR Operating model analytics, progress and commercial process to ensure Cluster consistency and optimization.
  • Support Organizational Effectiveness modelling, capability analysis and support detailed workforce composition analysis across APAC markets.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to optimize workforce investments and understand market trends.
  • Lead HR budgeting and financial management for APAC, partner with Finance and HR to align workforce costs with business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain workforce cost models and track HR operating model costs.
  • Drive comprehensive workforce composition and analytics, conducting FTE ratio reviews and cost benchmarking.
  • Prepare market-level reports to inform strategic workforce planning.
  • Support organizational design and job architecture initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in HR/Finance budgeting, workforce analytics, and organizational design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS (Workday preferable).
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR budgeting, workforce composition analysis, and understanding of org design methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-country environments and matrix organizations.
