About the role

  • Senior Secretary at Deloitte handling proposals and contracts. Providing administrative support to Directors and Partners while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Proof-read, translate, review and prepare proposals/contracts/financial statements and other related deliverables.
  • Translate other documents in accounting/auditing/finance fields and other technical documents as required.
  • Provide assistance to Partner/Director in charge in terms of: Managing client portfolio; working schedule, and logistics/admin work.
  • Scheduling meetings/taking meeting minutes, preparing working/meeting materials
  • Supporting bidding process as required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Team leader and Partner/Director in charge from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with preferable major in English Language, Business Administration or Human resource.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in positions such as secretary, admin, project coordinator, etc.
  • Strong communication skill, problem-solving skill, ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Attention to details, self-management and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • PC literate and proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
