About the role

  • Account Manager overseeing grocery and retail partner relationships at Deliveroo. Responsible for strategic guidance, data analysis, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's important grocery and retail partners, including high sales volume drivers and global grocery brands
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Work with other departments (Marketing, Operations ,Corporate, and Customer Service) to guide new plans and problem solutions
  • Manipulate and analyse data to increase growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in commercial roles, experience in retail/FMCG, or other /high-growth companies
  • Knowledge of the food retail industry
  • Experience creating long-term relationships
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Demonstrate competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice
