Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's important grocery and retail partners, including high sales volume drivers and global grocery brands
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
Work with other departments (Marketing, Operations ,Corporate, and Customer Service) to guide new plans and problem solutions
Manipulate and analyse data to increase growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in commercial roles, experience in retail/FMCG, or other /high-growth companies
Knowledge of the food retail industry
Experience creating long-term relationships
Must be fluent in English
Demonstrate competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice
