About the role

  • Senior Sales Strategy Manager at DeepL driving strategies and operational plans for predictable growth in EMEA. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and monitoring sales KPIs for improved performance.

Responsibilities

  • Co-design and implement go-to-market and operational plans, including sales coverage models and targets.
  • Drive and support transformation and change initiatives across regions.
  • Own active monitoring of key sales KPIs and lead pipeline development.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and management materials.
  • Own and drive strategic projects from ideation to global execution.
  • Serve as a conduit between central functional teams and the regional sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, or Economics).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Consulting, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets and Kluster to perform analysis.
  • Strong business acumen to think across multiple dimensions of the business and P&L.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, able to operate credibly with senior management.
  • Trusted partner to senior stakeholders, able to influence through insight and data.
  • Global and scalable mindset, able to think beyond the needs of a single region.
  • People-focused leader, capable of inspiring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong cross-functional orchestrator, able to align diverse stakeholders.
