About the role

  • Sales Operations Manager supporting global sales operations at Apryse. Develop and implement best practices in sales execution and communication with a focus on efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the regional sales leader and sales managers in managing communications, sales strategies, and operations requirements
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and sales execution
  • Manage quarterly business review (QBR) process for each regional team via cross-functional alignment
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and other key individuals within the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management role in sales operations
  • Outstanding facilitator for cross-functional thinking
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior leaders
  • Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
  • High level proficiency in Salesforce, Advanced Excel skills, experience with advanced analytics (Xactly, PowerBi, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree
