Responsibilities
You are our hunter. You acquire new B2B customers through proactive, persuasive outreach, positioning our platform as a strategic solution for packaging optimization and closing deals that deliver measurable value.
You are the primary point of contact. You take main responsibility for your customer relationships, build lasting trust and develop partnerships on an equal footing.
You are the driving force behind every deal. You identify the specific needs of potential customers, develop tailored solutions and drive projects with determination through to closing.
You are a sales architect. You grasp complex situations quickly, translate them into clear, compelling sales arguments and bring structure to demanding sales processes.
You are our ambassador. You represent Packa professionally to the outside world — demonstrating presence, negotiation confidence and persuasiveness with procurement decision-makers and executive leadership.
You are a networker. You confidently steer complex decision-making processes, persuade a wide range of stakeholders and act flexibly and effectively — internally and externally.
You are our sparring partner. You strategically advance customer relationships and proactively identify up- and cross-selling opportunities to ensure long-term customer success.
Requirements
You are a sales professional. With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales — ideally as an Account Executive or in Account Management — you understand how to successfully manage complex sales cycles and close substantial deals.
You master SaaS — technically and commercially. You bring solid experience in technical B2B SaaS sales and know how to position complex SaaS products in the market in a targeted and convincing way.
You are a doer with strong execution. You tackle challenges proactively, act independently and have the stamina and ambition to make an impact even in new situations.
You convince with clear communication and demo expertise. You present complex features understandably, keep the focus consistently on customer value and win over different stakeholders with targeted arguments.
You are a strong communicator — in German and English. You operate confidently at decision-maker level, communicate clearly and precisely and persuade both procurement leaders and executive management.
You think strategically and act entrepreneurially. You recognize market potential, develop well-considered solutions and bring high self-motivation to implement them successfully.
You are a road warrior. Travel is natural to you — you are willing to be on-site with our customers approximately every two weeks and to represent Packa in person with professionalism and impact.
