Responsibilities
Leading brand sponsorship and partnership outreach and strategy
Strategizing, negotiating and contracting media partners for media plans
Assisting in developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies
Partnering with PR, Talent and Social Media teams
Training and mentoring junior staff
Managing and building on existing network of brand reps and industry contacts
Planning, managing and executing brand and entertainment marketing strategies
Achieving deliverables for a full roster of clients
Participating in and/or leading new business meetings
Requirements
At least 8 years of brand sponsorship, partnership, entertainment marketing and sales experience
Securing top-tier brand partners for paid partnership and sponsorship opportunities
Negotiating deals
Developing and executing marketing and communications plans for entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, technology or non-profits
Creating out-of-the-norm media moments
Managing staff
Experience working with corporate clients
Strong value and understanding of the rapid pace of consumer behavior
Strong writing skills
Growing list of relationships with in-house teams at brands and agencies
