Responsibilities
You provide telephone-based customer advice and independently carry out customer support with a focus on customs and foreign trade
You act as the point of contact for our customers, receive customer requests and incident reports by phone or e-mail, and analyze and process them
You assist with user issues, resolve incidents and requests, or escalate complex technical customer inquiries to the specialist departments for 3rd‑level support
You perform administrative support tasks within the application environment (focus on customs and foreign trade)
You support your colleagues in Professional Services and Data Center Operations
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in forwarding, logistics, or hold a comparable qualification with a focus on customs and foreign trade
You have sound knowledge of customs procedures
Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in support and have basic knowledge in monitoring, troubleshooting and working with tools such as Jira and TeamViewer
You are interested in IT topics, have good technical understanding and a strong affinity for software solutions
You enjoy direct customer contact, work in a solution-oriented manner and are happy to help
You are characterized by strong customer orientation, flexibility, and a structured, independent way of working
