About the role

  • Booking & Flights Support Specialist supporting travel consultants in managing customer bookings for a travel platform. Ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail for memorable journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation
  • Provide specialized support to our travel partners
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, with attention to detail and personalization
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator
  • Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo
  • Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism
  • Availability for night shifts and fixed night shifts
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
