About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager driving strategic growth and partnerships in the Forex Industry with opportunities to expand client base in India.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology providers.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements in the Forex industry and ensure the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the Forex industry.
  • Existing Portfolio of APAC clients, IB and affiliates is a must!
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and developing teams.
