Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities through proactive inbound lead calling, emailing, and texting activities.
Build a strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process, identifying pain points and offering tailored solutions with our award-winning software.
Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, ensuring leads, opportunities, and accounts are updated and managed efficiently.
Efficiently qualify & work leads to drive revenue growth to targets through new customer acquisition, upstream add-on sales, and Payment Processing attachment.
Deliver product demos to prospects and our existing customer base.
Onboard new businesses to DaySmarts integrated merchant processing.
Become a subject matter expert on DaySmarts products and tools, particularly as they relate to the beauty industry.
Leverage client referrals, networking, and industry connections to build a robust sales pipeline.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to business owners, managers, and subject matter experts, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our software solutions.
Achieve and exceed planned sales objectives, metrics, and targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by proactively engaging new prospects.
Follow up persistently with leads to drive conversions and close deals.
Enable cross-functional efficiency between teams at DaySmart to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
2+ years of consultative inbound sales experience in the SaaS space, preferably with Beauty Software.
Demonstrated success in cold calling and an ability to overcome objections with confidence and persistence.
Proven hunter mentality with a focus on driving new business and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Strong ability to present technology and articulate its benefits effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills to drive sound decision-making.
Proven ability to negotiate and close contracts in an efficient manner.
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Teams, Intercom, and/or Salesloft.
Familiarity with the beauty industry, including salons, spas, and tattoo businesses, is highly preferred.
