About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring system availability
- Analyze and resolve operational incidents (via ticketing system)
- Administration of server infrastructure, backups, firewalls, MS SQL databases, and networks in virtualized environments
- Communicate and coordinate technical tasks with clients' IT representatives
- Create operational documentation in our ITSM tool
- Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional experience (e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
- Basic knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Clustering and VMware
- Enthusiasm for automating and optimizing operational processes
- Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a solution- and customer-oriented approach
