About the role

  • Customer Care Representative facilitating order processing and client relations in the EMEA region. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customer orders in the EMEA region
  • Check incoming orders for accuracy, including pricing, delivery terms, and product availability
  • Coordinate with our global manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery
  • Confirm orders, answer customer questions, and provide updates
  • Support internal teams and external sales with all aspects of order processing

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Experience with SAP (including EDI) and MS Office tools
  • Excellent English skills; other European languages are a plus
