Responsibilities
2nd and 3rd level support for both software infrastructure and client systems.
Administration, configuration and optimization of operating systems, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure, and business & service applications — both cloud-based and on-premises in the Damovo data center in Düsseldorf.
Primary point of contact for users regarding functional questions about the respective software.
Responsible for lifecycle management of the relevant software and operating systems; management and documentation of IT assets.
Requesting and assigning permissions for relevant systems such as AD, AAD, SharePoint and others.
Requirements
Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) or an equivalent qualification and professional experience in a Microsoft environment.
Experience in IT support.
Confident handling of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, authorization management and Group Policy (GPO).
Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud services, Microsoft Intune, and Veeam Backup is a plus.
Some experience with SharePoint, Linux, WSUS and PowerShell.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
