About the role

Responsibilities

  • Learn sales from the ground up in a technologically exciting environment.
  • Participate in an 18-month Sales Trainee program.
  • Learn about Damovo, our solutions, and our customers.
  • Progress through different training phases and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Receive training in modern, structured sales methodology and technical qualification.

Requirements

  • A strong affinity for technology and/or sales.
  • A completed degree or initial relevant professional experience.
  • Initial exposure to and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
  • Very good German and English skills.
