Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through cold-calling, email, social media and lead generation campaigns
Develop relationships with new and existing clients to identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
Identify decision makers to begin the sales process prior to handing over to Account Manager
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets
Educate and inform prospects about all Damovo’s Service offerings
Collaborate with the Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop a calendar of activities to continually work the prospect list
Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage leads and opportunities
Engage in continuous professional development activities to progress through the sales function
Requirements
Ideally around 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects over the phone, by email and through social channels
Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers
A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Experience working with sales and marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or sales automation tools is beneficial
A genuine motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role
