About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the Polish market. Collaborating with the sales team to develop customer relationships and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through cold-calling, email, social media and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients to identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Identify decision makers to begin the sales process prior to handing over to Account Manager
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets
  • Educate and inform prospects about all Damovo’s Service offerings
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop a calendar of activities

Requirements

  • Ideally around 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects over the phone, by email and through social channels
  • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers
  • A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset
  • Experience working with sales and marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or sales automation tools is beneficial
  • A genuine motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
