About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Analyst managing recruitment processes for business and technology roles. Engaging in employer branding and candidate experience improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end attraction and selection processes for business and technology roles (job opening, screening, interviews, posting, and vacancy follow-up);
  • Manage the attraction and selection process (follow-up with hiring managers and candidates);
  • Update and maintain information in the recruitment systems (Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, SAP);
  • Support tracking and control of KPIs/metrics;
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment and selection, or an internship in the area;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
