About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently carry out controlling tasks and support the European entities in the planning and reporting process.
- Prepare business and management analyses (including financial and sales analyses) for the Executive Board, specialist departments and international units.
- Contribute to the development of a modern reporting landscape and assist in automating existing processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and help implement the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Data Analytics or a comparable field.
- Initial or several years of practical experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with BI systems is highly desirable.
- Very good German and English skills, as both languages are used in daily communication.
- Strong business acumen, structured way of working, ability to work independently and a team-oriented approach.
