About the role

  • Sales & Account Manager handling B2B sales of battery recycling products. Develop key customer relationships and manage sales processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of products and battery raw materials in B2B environment
  • Build long-term customer relationships, particularly in waste management
  • Manage entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Key account management for strategic existing customers
  • Actively use CRM system to track, document and develop sales opportunities
  • Contribute to development of sales processes using digital tools
  • Work closely with Production, Business Management, Public Relations, and Marketing
  • Represent cylib at trade fairs and conferences
  • Monitor market and price developments in raw materials sector and incorporate into customer conversations and proposals

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with technical products
  • Experience in commodity trading or recycling industry is a strong plus
  • Clear communication and active listening skills
  • Structured work style with priority tracking
  • Confident with digital tools and CRM systems, Excel, AI assistants
  • Team player with pride in work quality
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficient in English.
