About the role

  • Business Development Manager at Cyberus Technology, shaping lead generation in Test Automation and CI. Collaborating with teams to drive marketing and client presentations in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the lead generation and marketing strategy in our Test Automation and CI Business Unit
  • Manage the marketing roadmap and coordinate with the engineering team
  • Align website updates, blog posts, and outreach with upcoming conferences and events
  • Plan and coordinate our presence at conferences and events
  • Track and follow up on leads
  • Support business development and client presentations
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to position offerings and close deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (consulting or B2B preferred)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing processes
  • Excellent English (German a plus)
  • An understanding of Software Engineering and the corresponding development processes is a plus
