Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector and interest in the automotive industry
  • Interest in improving the customer experience and in retail environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident demeanor when interacting with the public
  • High attention to detail and ability to observe the in-store experience discreetly and accurately
  • Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • Ability to provide objective, unbiased, and structured feedback
  • Reliability and punctuality in completing online questionnaires after each assignment
