Responsibilities
Lead and support projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of operations
Responsible for planning and executing multiple projects, managing risk, understanding critical path and dependencies
Develop work instructions, job aids, and training materials for new processes and tools
Apply engineering methodologies/tools such as product slotting, labor standards, layouts, and resource modeling
Translate data to information to aid in decision making and problem solving
Drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
Manage and complete high impact CI projects across the operation
Collaborate with LMS and WMS system owners to effect necessary changes.
Requirements
Demonstrated success and experience in Lean Manufacturing Concepts and continuous improvement
WMS, ERP, MES, or LMS systems and database structure experience
Experience managing projects and very experienced in change management
Experience working with a multidisciplinary approach in problem solving and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and working with data/reports.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, multi-tasking, having stress management capability
Successful at managing multiple priorities and tasks
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering/science field or 4+ years of demonstrated success and experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational excellence in manufacturing or warehouse operation
