Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience
Manage calendars, logistics, and execution for GSD, APR, onboarding programs, trainings, webinars, and events
Track deadlines, owners, and ensure follow-through
Identify and address bottlenecks proactively
Communicate clearly and confidently via phone, email, and video
Provide schedules, reminders, and next steps
Maintain clean data in Monday.com and Excel
Create trackers, reports, and dashboards
Utilize AI and tools to enhance efficiency
Improve workflows and streamline handoffs
Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups for recruiting operations
Track pipeline and coordinate with recruiting partners
Requirements
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Strong Excel skills for data organization and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication
Background in operations, program management, leadership support, or training coordination
Experience coordinating meetings, programs, trainings, or events
Associate II handling TMF operations ensuring compliance in clinical trials. Collaborating with global teams to maintain quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
