Responsibilities
Act as the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack.
Architect and manage the complete lead lifecycle.
Build, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaign operations within HubSpot.
Develop dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses to track campaign ROI.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
Support critical Sales Operations functions (10-15%).
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS environment.
Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Strong data manipulation skills (you are a power user of Excel/Google Sheets).
Experience with setting up website analytics and event tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
Strong project management capabilities.
