About the role

  • Application Support Analyst responsible for configuring and maintaining application systems. Ensure internal customer support and assist with Azure and SQL environment tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Learn systems from the inside out
  • Configure/troubleshoot/upgrade/maintain application systems
  • Ensure service is provided to internal customers
  • Monitor systems for alerts and warnings
  • Assist in Azure environment application configuration and support
  • Involvement in application related integrations
  • Support SQL database basics

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of applicable experience in an IT environment
  • Ability to communicate on both technical and non-technical levels
  • Strong technical diagnostic expertise
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to acquire new skills efficiently
  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams
  • On-Call and off hours support required at times
