About the role

  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives to support business objectives
  • Oversee efficient delivery of people-related initiatives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven track record in leading HR transformation
  • Experience in infrastructure and/or digital/technology sectors preferred
  • Deep understanding of the Indian labor market and employment laws
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire large HR teams
