Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation
- Experience in infrastructure and/or digital/technology sectors preferred
- Deep understanding of the Indian labor market and employment laws
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire large HR teams
