Marketing Communication Lead at ctrl QS focusing on translating business strategy into market positioning and managing communication. Drive brand visibility and demand while engaging deeply with services and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own and execute website, LinkedIn, client-facing slide decks, and flagship solution materials
Translate complex and technical topics into understandable, engaging, and sales-relevant communication
Create and maintain solution-specific communication assets
Own and develop all social media channels of ctrl QS in relation to the strategic direction of the organization and brand communication
Oversee brand development by defining guidelines and through creative marketing concepts
Monitor marketing and industry trends and competitor communication strategies
Monitor performance of marketing communication activities using defined KPIs
Leverage AI tools, automation, and templates to increase speed, consistency, and scalability of marketing delivery
Requirements
6 – 10 years of experience in marketing/communications
Excellent skills in creation of communication assets (e.g. slide decks, one-pagers, website content)
Strong story telling ability to tell the story of flagship solutions and offerings consistently and in a scalable way
Proven experience in developing formats like white papers, POVs, cases, studies
Very good ability to understand strategic directions and operationalize them into work packages
Experience with scalable offerings/solutions (not just one-off projects)
German (native speaker) & English (excellent)
Strong Plus: Experience in DXP, CMS, PIM, DAM, Commerce, or AI environments
Experience with building or repositioning of agency or consulting brands
Experience communications during change management
