Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting and consulting to closing and ongoing account management
Proactive lead generation and outreach via phone and social media, as well as identifying additional channels
Ownership and strategic expansion of existing accounts through up- and cross-selling
Technical setup and selection of lead-generation campaigns in close coordination with the back office
Comprehensive customer care including complaint handling to secure long-term partnerships
Achieve defined KPIs, including revenue, number of new customers and activity levels
Document and manage all sales activities in Salesforce
Identify market trends and actively network to expand the market portfolio through client visits, trade shows, etc.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in lead generation, online marketing or SaaS
Technical understanding / affinity for software
High self-motivation and proactivity
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a people-oriented environment
Business-fluent German and English skills
