Responsibilities
Actively acquire new customers through various sales channels and expand existing customer relationships
Represent the company at trade fairs and relevant industry events
Advise customers and develop tailored logistics and outsourcing solutions
Prepare, evaluate and manage tenders from an economic perspective
Analyze buying centers and develop compelling USPs in close collaboration with internal departments
Closely coordinate proposals and tenders with management
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including support in contract negotiations
Requirements
University degree in logistics or a comparable qualification/training is desirable
At least five years' professional experience in sales or business development within contract logistics
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and sustainable business development
Excellent knowledge of the German contract logistics market, complemented by a strong, practical industry network
Strong sales and communication skills with a clear hunter mentality
Good written and spoken English
High mobility and willingness to travel within Germany
High self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset and actions, and strong team spirit
