Responsibilities
Advising and coaching managers and employees on HR-related matters
Administration and responsibility for the HR system gastromatic
Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
Preparing reports, employment references, and contract documents
Contributing to and taking ownership of HR projects
Preparatory payroll processing
Working across all HR areas: recruiting, employee relations, and learning & development
Requirements
Vocational training or degree with an HR focus, or equivalent qualification
Ideally, you have initial working-student experience in Human Resources
Experience in hospitality and gastronomy is a plus
Initial practical experience in end-to-end employee support — from onboarding to offboarding
Strong communication skills and empathy toward employees
High service and solution orientation as a business partner to BEEpartment managers
Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for a versatile HR role
Very good German and English, both written and spoken
