Paid Media Senior Account Manager leading client accounts, responsible for strategy and operational excellence at Croud. Manage performance and talent development in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the internal and external day to day lead for your clients and team
Directly manage and mold the next generation of Croud talent conducting 1:1s and performance reviews
Run a tight ship by instilling rigorous pace, precision, and accountability across all daily workflows, budget pacing, and platform optimizations
Partner with the Paid AD and/or the Strategy Director to create Account Development Plans (ADPs)
Work with media partners to understand and adopt new releases for clients
Lead the "Test & Learn" agenda to keep clients ahead of the competition
Work with the tech team to innovate ideas for new tools or enhance existing tools
Establish and enforce "Gold Standard" processes for paid media
Monitor account profitability and resource efficiency
Manage training and development initiatives within the team
Requirements
You are a master of either PPC or Paid Social
Confident in leading important client meetings
Proven ability to work to and meet simultaneous deadlines
An analytical mind capable of turning data into clear, actionable client narratives
Motivate and inspire team dynamics
