Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer support requests via email and chat
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting related to:
  • - Two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • - Payroll management tools
  • - Platform synchronization and configuration
  • Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and B2-level English
  • SQL knowledge (mandatory)
  • EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
  • Currently living in mainland Portugal (no relocation offered)
