Responsibilities
Support in operational recruiting (e.g., scheduling interviews, corresponding with applicants, screening applications, conducting brief interviews via Teams or phone)
Participation in the organization and execution of employer branding activities
Taking on various tasks in the onboarding of new employees
Preparation and design of presentations and document templates
Support for the People & Culture team with various tasks and projects
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program with a valid enrollment certificate
Initial experience in HR is a plus (working student positions or internships)
Strong communication and organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
Good MS Office skills
Very good German and English language skills
