About the role

  • Werkstudent in Recruiting supporting operational HR processes. Involvement in recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding activities at Creditplus in Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

  • Support in operational recruiting (e.g., scheduling interviews, corresponding with applicants, screening applications, conducting brief interviews via Teams or phone)
  • Participation in the organization and execution of employer branding activities
  • Taking on various tasks in the onboarding of new employees
  • Preparation and design of presentations and document templates
  • Support for the People & Culture team with various tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program with a valid enrollment certificate
  • Initial experience in HR is a plus (working student positions or internships)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
