Support in operational recruiting (e.g., scheduling interviews, corresponding with applicants, screening applications, conducting short interviews via Microsoft Teams or phone)
Assist in organizing and implementing employer branding initiatives
Take on various tasks related to onboarding new employees
Create and design presentations and document templates
Support the People & Culture team with various tasks and projects
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university or college program and able to provide a valid enrollment certificate
Some experience in HR is an advantage (working student roles or internships)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a structured and independent working style
Good MS Office skills
Very good German and English language skills
