About the role

  • Werkstudent in Recruiting at Creditplus, supporting operational recruiting and employer branding activities. Contributing to onboarding and project support in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support in operational recruiting (e.g., scheduling interviews, corresponding with applicants, screening applications, conducting short interviews via Microsoft Teams or phone)
  • Assist in organizing and implementing employer branding initiatives
  • Take on various tasks related to onboarding new employees
  • Create and design presentations and document templates
  • Support the People & Culture team with various tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program and able to provide a valid enrollment certificate
  • Some experience in HR is an advantage (working student roles or internships)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a structured and independent working style
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
