About the role
- Werkstudent in Recruiting at Creditplus, supporting operational recruiting and employer branding activities. Contributing to onboarding and project support in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support in operational recruiting (e.g., scheduling interviews, corresponding with applicants, screening applications, conducting short interviews via Microsoft Teams or phone)
- Assist in organizing and implementing employer branding initiatives
- Take on various tasks related to onboarding new employees
- Create and design presentations and document templates
- Support the People & Culture team with various tasks and projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program and able to provide a valid enrollment certificate
- Some experience in HR is an advantage (working student roles or internships)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a structured and independent working style
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English language skills
