Accountable for portfolio performance, team capability, renewal governance and expansion outcomes
Lift quality and consistency of customer conversations across your team
Requirements
3+ years of SaaS SMB/ retention leadership experience
Demonstrable GRR/ NRR outcomes in high volume portfolios
Strong in usage led retention, renewal processes, save strategies, and competitive defence
Confidence using SalesForce (or equivalent), cohort analysis and portfolio health modelling
