Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing Nordic sales team to exceed sales, profitability, and budget objectives
Drive growth through third-party distributors in the Baltics, including contract negotiations and quarterly business reviews
Shape and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Abbott Vascular’s commercial priorities
Play a key role in product launches, tender strategy, and market development
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Finance, Contracts, Customer Service, and Regulatory teams
Requirements
Proven experience leading sales teams in MedTech, Vascular, or complex healthcare environments
Strong commercial acumen with solid financial and data-analysis skills
Experience in tender-driven and procurement-led markets
Excellent negotiation, contracting, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory environments
Fluent English (Nordic language skills are a plus)
Valid driver’s license
