Responsibilities
Lead and optimize daily platform operations and data workflows, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and quality across CreatorIQ systems.
Design, document, and improve operational workflows tailored to customer needs - creating scalable processes that support long-term client success.
Maintain CRM structures, manage tagging taxonomies, streamline campaign setup, and oversee complex custom data reporting.
Oversee and quality-check large or complex data operations, including imports, data migrations, audits, and compliance reviews.
Provide operational recommendations to clients and internal teams, advising on platform best practices, data structure strategy, and workflow design.
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to champion user experience improvements, and contribute to feature enhancement discussions.
Support and mentor junior team members, offering guidance on execution, QA workflows, data handling techniques, and CreatorIQ platform capabilities.
Lead client meetings, operational syncs, and cross-functional discussions in English with global internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in platform operations, data operations, influencer marketing or managed services.
Proven ability to design, optimize, and document workflows that improve accuracy, speed, or scalability.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in data cleansing, transformation, and reporting.
Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel, with the ability to build pivot tables, and advanced reports.
Solid understanding of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer marketing performance metrics.
Experience mentoring junior teammates or supporting team knowledge development is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication skills, with a track record of leading client-facing conversations and managing complex requirements.
