About the role

  • Consultor de Operações optimizing operational processes for efficiency at Auto Avaliar. Collaborating with teams to enhance service quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement actions and solutions that optimize processes and maximize service quality.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies and plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
  • Actively participate in projects and requests, proposing practical solutions.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend preventive measures to ensure process integrity.
  • Provide insights and regular reports on operational performance to team leaders.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Quality Management tools (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Previous experience in operations or process improvement roles
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with G Suite
  • English (preferred)
