About the role

  • Recruitment Specialist supporting hiring processes for Covéa Insurance's Recruitment Team. Focusing on building a diverse workforce and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape effective recruitment plans
  • Find and attract candidates through job boards, databases and other sourcing methods
  • Support hiring managers by screening applicants and assessing skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and keep the process running smoothly for hiring managers and candidates
  • Guide and support candidates, employees and hiring managers at every stage of recruitment
  • Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in our talent software, Workday
  • Help develop initiatives that encourage internal mobility and career growth
  • Partner with the business and community groups to ensure recruitment is inclusive, accessible and fair
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices to continually improve our approach

Requirements

  • Brings a solid understanding of Recruitment processes and best practice
  • Driven and self‑motivated, with the confidence to work independently and the integrity to do things the right way
  • A natural communicator who builds strong, positive relationships across the business
  • Highly organised and adaptable; able to stay focused and effective even when things get busy
  • A practical problem‑solver who spots the details that matter and delivers with accuracy
  • Someone who enjoys improving how things are done and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo constructively
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in inclusive, people‑centred environments
  • Proactive and goal‑focused - committed to meeting deadlines and achieving shared success
  • Passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and confident in applying these principles throughout the hiring journey
  • Comfortable using HRIS or applicant tracking systems – plus experience with Workday is a great bonus, but not essential!
