About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic people partner to executive leadership.
  • Architect location strategies to enhance operational resilience.
  • Lead organizational design reviews for agile structures.
  • Direct end-to-end people strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Serve as the change architect for major operational pivots.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools to diagnose organizational health.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • At least 5 years serving as a strategic partner to senior executive leadership.
  • Proven track record leading workforce planning for complex global teams.
  • Extensive experience leading people integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Advanced proficiency in people analytics with tools like Visier, Culture Amp, Tableau, Workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
