About the role

  • Drive the commercial development of new innovation projects — from prospecting and outreach to pitching and deal closing.
  • Identify and engage early adopters and strategic partners for new Corsearch solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and product demos that communicate the value and vision of new initiatives.
  • Work closely with Innovation leadership and Product teams to align market feedback with product development.
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and growth roadmap for emerging products.
  • Represent the Innovation Team in client meetings, events, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Help shape Corsearch’s innovation culture — combining creativity, speed, and execution excellence.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial and visionary mindset, with the ability to connect commercial strategy and innovation.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
