About the role

  • Intern assisting in Contract Management for Lundbeck, gaining experience in Procurement Operations and supporting contract administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract administration, including contract signing, archiving, and renewals.
  • Ensure correctness and up-to-date status of contract overview reports.
  • Work closely with colleagues negotiating contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Complete various ad hoc tasks.
  • Gain insight into how the Contract Management Team contributes to Finance and Procurement objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently studying.
  • Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck.
  • Very good English (min B2).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance/Procurement.
  • Excellent time management, accuracy and detail orientation, as well as reliability.
  • Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals.
