About the role
- Manager, Sampling Operations overseeing US sampling operations at Lundbeck. Collaborating with compliance, sales, and vendor management for optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Managing the sample operations function within the Commercial Operations team for all Lundbeck US sampling operations.
- Supporting alliance partner direct-to-practitioner sample programs.
- Close collaboration with the Associate Director Commercial Operations and the Sample Management vendor to ensure compliance.
- Strong customer focus when working with field personnel.
- Ensure all new home office and field personnel have completed necessary training.
- Monitor sample inventory levels and sample orders.
- Provide quarterly sample program reports to the Associate Director Commercial Operations.
- Management of sample operations budget.
Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of sampling operations/sample compliance experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years of Veeva/salesforce.com (or similar systems) sample administration experience.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical subject matter experts.
