About the role

  • Engineering Analyst at Motiva managing innovation projects and analyzing performance metrics. Driving digital transformation and process optimization across multidisciplinary teams in engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the engineering initiative roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary working groups, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the delivery of results.
  • Track performance indicators (KPIs), measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct performance and results analyses, providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Work on innovation and digital transformation projects, driving technological solutions and new approaches within engineering.
  • Map and optimize processes, applying management and continuous improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure governance of projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and expected quality.
  • This employee is also responsible for compliance and anti-bribery duties, given that the position and the area carry a compliance and bribery risk higher than low and the activities under their control are part of Grupo Motiva's compliance and anti-bribery management system, in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO37301 and ISO37001. The employee is required to complete mandatory declarations and undertake specific trainings assigned by Grupo Motiva based on their duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Architecture.
  • Experience managing innovation projects, digital transformation, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools, Lean and/or PDCA.
  • Experience measuring performance and results using KPIs and analytical reports.
  • Experience facilitating working groups.
  • Familiarity with management tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Power BI.
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project management.
  • Lean Six Sigma for process mapping and improvement.
  • BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Digital Twin (desirable for digital projects).
